Do I have to empty my Inbox?
No. It is a place to catch the moment, not a checklist that must reach zero every day. You decide when to organize and what to keep.
How do tags and folders differ?
Tags connect topics, and a note can have several. A folder provides a location; a note belongs to at most one folder, without duplicating it across destinations.
Can I recover a deleted note?
Deleted notes go to the recycle bin for 30 days in the current version. A brief undo is also available just after deletion. Permanent deletion and expiry cannot be reversed.
